How was your talent booker – friendly, efficient, quick?
Molly is always friendly, efficient and quick. On this particular occasion we required models with very short notice and Molly was able to get the assignment moving with only a week’s notice and find us exactly what we were looking for.

How did the assignment go on the day?
The models arrived early with no problems getting to the location. They were exactly what we were hoping for and made the shoot a breeze.

How did our talent(s) perform, did they do a good job?
The Brown family did exceptionally well considering it was their first assignment as a family. We shot in a variety of different locations and they took each scenario in their stride. In hindsight the 4-hour day was perhaps a little too much for the youngest member of the family, as you can tell towards the end that he was getting a little tired! This wasn’t a problem for us as we came away with plenty of great material anyway, but it is a learning curve for us for booking younger actors/models in the future.

Are there any changes you would like to see?
No, we are always really happy with the service that Molly and talent management give us.

Would you use us again, if so, why?
Definitely. We think that Molly is brilliant, and we are really pleased with the talent we have been able to find through her, they have fitted the briefs perfectly.

Quick, friendly and good service

The day went well with some lovely shots

Performed well for the photoshoot but was suffering from tonsilitious so we were unable to do outdoor shots as Nima was not well enough to go outside.

Model was unsure of the plan for the day and spent longer than planned doing hair and make up so maybe we need to give a more detailed brief and ensure the models know exactly the plan i.e. warm clothing for inbetween outdoor shots

How did the assignment go on the day? Yes, absolutely! Are there any changes you would like to see? Our model asked about travelling expenses after I agreed a price. If travel is to be included, it should be included in the quote. Would you use us again, if so, why? Yes - good service, nice people

Marie was excellent, very helpful and friendly. She also kept in touch frequently after the job was confirmed and was quick to respond to any changes or problems. Couldn't have hoped for a better point of contact.

Client was thoroughly happy overall and the day went very smoothly. The only slight problem was the agency's very optimistic time scale which inevitably ran over and kept the models beyond the originally planned half-day, something they insisted on initially to keep costs down but ended up having to pretty much pay for full day anyway. However this doesn't reflect badly on the models or Talent Management at all.

Overall very good, being completely honest two of the four models we used were excellent and kept their energy up the whole day which is obviously very important. The other two were unfortunately kept waiting for a couple of hours due to the schedule overrun which caused them a bit of concern (especially since one of them had travelled a considerable distance and had a long drive home) but once they were dressed and in front of the camera they were very professional and did a good job.

This is our first time using Talent Management and the job went well so it's difficult to say too much however the only thing I would change is that we found out that one of the models was travelling from Lincolnshire after the client had picked them from the short list of headshots we sent them. I think we did mention that we needed people from in/around Essex but perhaps a lesson for us next time is to make sure than if it's important the models are from the same region as the location then we'll take more steps to check this before presenting potential candidates to the client, so not really a criticism for Talent Management just something we need to be aware of.

Models performed great, all very good.  I would maybe suggest a bit more contact with the model before - not that anything has gone wrong - but it feels as though I have to go through a "middle man" to communicate with the model.
