M&S Kidswear Looking For Young Stars Of The Future
Just in case you haven’t already seen the ad, we thought we’d make sure you know about M&S’ unique child modelling competition.
Like us, M&S want to celebrate the diversity of kids’ passions, talents and individuality. So, the British retailer has partnered up with ITV and renowned fashion photographer Rankin and has launched an amazing nationwide competition to find four kids to be the faces of its autumn/winter kidswear campaign.
Iconic Rankin, who’s shot the likes of Kate Moss and the Queen, will be taking pictures of the winning kids who will get to enjoy the unique experience of working in a glamorous ad shoot.
So for all you parents and guardians out there who think your child has something worth sharing, upload a one minute video which demonstrates your child’s passion or talent on the M&S ‘Do Your Thing’ bespoke microsite – www.itv.com/marksandspencer.
Karl Doyle, M&S Director of Kidswear, said: “We’re really excited to be working with ITV and Rankin on this nationwide search in what is a totally original and unique campaign.
“We want to encourage kids to ‘do their thing’ and get involved in the next campaign as well as inspiring them with our on trend, high fashion kidswear ranges”.
Hurry up though; all entries must be in by 23rd May 2011!
