Kelly Brook Models Her New Look Lingerie Range
Models Direct are delighted to hear about Kelly Brook’s lingerie collection – designed with curvy girls in mind – which is due to hit New Look stores next month. The range includes some gorgeous 1950s inspired items that our plus-size models cannot wait to get their hands on!
Finding pretty and flattering lingerie in plus-sizes isn’t always easy but Kelly proves that curvy can be cute and classy in images that show her modelling some of the gorgeous new designs. Describing the collection in an interview with The Telegraph she said: “It’s lovely, isn’t it? It’s what suits me. I’ve got curves. Most girls have curves, so that’s who I design for.”
Whatever you think of Kelly Brook it is hard not to be disarmed by her ‘speak your mind’ attitude and positive outlook. She has taken several knocks over her years in the public eye, from criticism of her presenting skills on The Big Breakfast at the very beginning of her career, to more recently having to deal with the tragic loss of her father during filming for Strictly Come Dancing. Despite her challenges she always comes back smiling, and the fact that she wears her curves with obvious pride is just another attractive quality about the 31-year-old model and actress.
She has good reason to be proud of them too having earned recognition from both male and female fans for her voluptuous look. Brook has appeared on FHM’s ‘Sexiest Woman in the World’ list more times than we care to remember, topping it in 2005, and she has also been voted best British female body’ by over 5,000 – predominantly female – readers of Grazia magazine. Models and booking agents at Models Direct are in agreement that she always seems to look fantastic.
So what’s her message for the curvier girl? Brook told The Telegraph: “I eat everything. I love it! I couldn’t deny myself food. What a waste of a life. I can’t bear the fact that girls these days think you have to be thin to be beautiful and successful. I’m not thin, I don’t starve myself. I don’t look at my face and body and think I need surgery or a boob job or a bum lift. It makes me very angry when women in the public eye talk about what work they’ve had done, because it makes other women feel devalued. They should just shut up about it!”
Don’t mince your words kelly!
