Dirty Sexy Things – Episode 3 Review
This week’s episode of the show sees some of the boys heading to Milan in an attempt to try and book more work whilst BB heads to Paris for a photo shoot for his new modelling agency. However, when Rob is asked to move to Milan for a whole month an array of concerns spring up immediately regarding what his girlfriend Anastasia will think.
Unfortunately, BB’s first taste of a fashion shoot in Paris is somewhat spoiled as a result of the ongoing conflict between his dancing and modelling careers. It doesn’t take long for him to realise that he may have to concentrate solely on one path. Before long, another spanner is thrown into the works when everybody starts to notice the chemistry between him and Charlotte.
Not surprisingly, Jay’s drunken antics mean he fails to obtain any signings with a new agency. Jesse also makes it clear he wasn’t particularly impressed with his company in Milan likening his behaviour to a troubled younger brother and also stating that Rob is not that different from an embarrassing Dad.
The models all return from Milan in time for Perou’s photo shoot, which is all about incorporating movement with a bold splash of colour. The exciting action shoot involves the models having paint thrown on them mid-pose. Shock-horror, it doesn’t take long before Jay is told he appears ‘too tired’ to take part in the shoot and he promptly reverts back to his sulky, angry self. Sparks fly yet again when Ariella refuses to wear a leotard in order to become Perou’s blank modelling canvas – she prefers her look to be ‘classic’ and ‘feminine’. Meanwhile, Ocean is faced with the same hairdresser she fought vociferously with in the first week.
Our continued observation of photographer Perou is certainly eye-opening. If there’s one thing Perou loves (besides his personalised number plate) it’s name-dropping. He also lives for beautiful photographs, fashion and models and uses model-esque words like ‘edgy’ and ‘editorial’ as often as we might use the word ‘erm…’
So what’s next for the eight models? Jesse, the young Jude Law; BB, the dancing beauty; Jay, the party animal; Lord Rob, Mr. Beefcake; Ocean, the ‘quirky’ looking one; Ariella, the commercial blonde; Charlotte, the modern-day Twiggy and Jessye B, the funky, ‘street’ model.
Tune in along with Models Direct next Monday when Jay’s partying causes distress to the other models and Perou takes them out for the most difficult shoot yet!
