In Elle Macpherson’s ‘The Body Workout DVD’, the internationally successful supermodel teams up with famed fitness instructor Karen Voight in an exercise programme that takes the boredom out of exercising. All the exercises, created by Voight, shown have been fully tested in her LA clinic, giving us extra reassurance that they work.
2. Claudia Schiffer’s ‘Perfectly Fit Abs’
If a model-esque washboard stomach is your dream, then we recommend checking out Claudia Schiffer’s ‘Perfectly Fit Abs’. The model worked with Kathy Kaehler in a 40-minute routine, which includes instruction from Kaehler and demonstration from Schiffer – who we have to say is great inspiration!
