Having been hailed the world’s top-earning model for seven consecutive years, we weren’t too surprised to hear that Gisele Bundchen could become a billionaire supermodel.

That’s according to Forbes, who, to be fair, posed a very good argument. Highlighting Gisele’s extensive accomplishments, the media company said that assuming the model has been managing her cash, spending wisely and making smart investments, she could be on track to becoming not only the world’s first billionaire model, but also the first Brazilian female self-made billionaire.

Aside from the long list of high-profile and high street campaigns and catwalks, the Brazillian model’s most notable ventures include her own lingerie company in a joint venture with Hope, her 100% owned eco-friendly cosmetics company Sejaa Pure Skincare, being Creative Director for C&A’s Gisele Bundchen Collection, and to top it all off, she’s even diversified into real estate, showing that she’s a wise investor.

Gisele just goes to show the vast opportunities modelling can open up, never mind the huge financial reward.
