Models Direct Review Asda’s ‘Wonderfit Jeans’
Read this Models Direct review about George at Asda’s ‘Wonderfit Jeans’ to find out why they could one day become the only pair you need in your wardrobe!
Here at Models Direct agency we love anything that makes life easier so when we heard the hype about a new type of ‘magic jeans’ that would apparently fit you perfectly even if you gained (or lost!) a dress size or two, we wanted to believe! The problem was, it sounded to good to be true…
“Like a second skin [Wonderfit] jeans ensure comfort and fit,” Asda are quoted as declaring in the Mail Online, “whilst the specialised fabric ensures they keep their shape, springing back to the smallest size once washed.”
The jeans are being promoted as an item that is able to stretch from a size 8 to a size 12, or a size 14 to a size 16 with no loss of comfort, we needed to know more! George Brand Director Fiona Lambert said: “We’re well-known for our innovation at George, and the latest problem solving denim technology – the Wonderfit Jean – offers a solution to many women across the nation whose weight tends to fluctuate regularly.
“We’ve all had days where we struggle to button up our favourite pair of jeans after over indulgence and likewise days where our favourite jeans are a little looser following weight loss.
“With the Wonderfit, gaining or losing a few pounds will make no difference, you’re guaranteed a perfect fit every day.”
After reading these claims there really was nothing else for it but to try the jeans for ourselves, and guess what we found? They live up to the claims! Here’s what our Models Direct tester said:
“The Wonderfit Jeans are a good fit, super-stretchy and comfortable and don’t sag like normal jeans. They’ve taken me through weight fluctuations with no ‘wiggle-dance’, no dramas and no muffin-top! They do feel quite ‘leggin-y’, and I wish they had front pockets, but overall good value for money.”
