With a history in modelling beginning when he was just 12, we weren’t surprised to hear that Robert Pattinson – the actor famous for playing sexy vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight series – has been snapped up by Dior.

We were, however, surprised to hear that the deal, which involves modelling for the French fashion house’s men’s fragrance line, is worth a staggering $12m (£7.5m)!

As well as past Dior fragrance models Jude Law, Charlize Theron and Natalie Portman, the handsome square-jawed actor will be following in the footsteps of girlfriend and Breaking Dawn co-star Kristen Stewart – the face of Balenciaga fragrances whom he recently rekindled a relationship with.

According to E! News, Pattinson is set to model for the first ad campaign in the coming months, which marks the beginning of a 3-year deal.

While the ladies here at Talent Management loved R-Patz as a vampire, we’re looking forward to seeing the handsome Brit model in a campaign that we expect will involve an ultra-stylish shoot and maybe, if we’re lucky, some film footage…fingers crossed!
