Ever since teen model Daphné Groeneveld showed us the art of being free in the new Dior Addict advert, the doe-eyed stunner with bleach blonde eyebrows and insanely sumptuous lips has been the talk of the model agency here at Talent Management.

Despite being just 17 years old, Dutch Daphné plays the carefree, charming young lady perfectly in Dior’s campaign images and film, shot on the French Riviera in Saint Tropez.

Inspired by Brigitte Bardot’s iconic role in And God Created Woman, photographer Tim Walker and director Jonas Åkerlund have captured Daphné’s cheeky side in a classic French cinema style that embodies sentimentality and sensuality.

Having admired Daphné’s fierce look when she made her catwalk début for the spring/summer 2011 shows, we’re impressed with the model’s range and have become a little hooked on keeping up to date with her modelling career.

Even British Vogue agrees with us, having recently said of the model: “From her scarlet lips and slicked-back hair at Marc by Marc Jacobs, to her vintage waves and dewy skin seen at Salvatore Ferragamo, we’ve become addicted to spotting the supermodel on the catwalk.”
