Talent Management was excited enough when we found out about Naomi Campbell’s new TV modelling competition The Face, and now we’ve just discovered something that increases our excitement ten fold!

Top model Coco Rocha has just revealed on her blog ‘Oh So Coco’ that both she and fellow model Karolina Kurkova will be joining Campbell having just signed up as model coaches.

The young model wrote: “I am thrilled to be able to reveal that Karolina Kurkova and I are joining Naomi Campbell as the other two model coaches on Oxygen’s highly-anticipated new show ‘The Face’. As the youngest mentor of the three, I have looked up to Naomi and Karolina my entire career and am ecstatic to be able to work side by side with them on this amazing new project. We, as coaches, will scout and choose our teams from aspiring young models nationwide before guiding them through assignments which include photoshoots, runway shows and commercials for some of America’s best-known brands. As mentors to the girls, we hope to impart valuable lessons and skills that will help them through their challenges, giving them an accurate idea of what it takes to have a career as a model and be the face of a brand.  Naomi, Karolina and I will be introducing the girls to some of the very best photographers, stylists and designers in the fashion world.  In the end, one girl will be chosen to become ‘The Face’ of a well-known brand, earning a real contract as the brand ambassador.
