ANTM’s Angelea Will Put Son Directly Into Baby Modelling
Last month the UK’s leading modelling agency Models Direct brought you news of Angelea Preston’s marriage and pregnancy in a report on the Talent Management blog. The disqualified America’s Next Top Model contestant had married her partner Eric in New York and signed up to an agency that specialised in pregnant models.
Now Preston has shared her plans to put her son directly into baby modelling when he is born later in the year – and she certainly won’t be the first model mum to introduce her baby to the modelling world shortly after she has given birth. Over the last few months alone we have seen numerous modelling mums appear with their offspring in cutesie shoots.
When asked by Celebrity Baby Scoop about her future work plans Preston said: “I plan to put my son into child modelling, because the agency I am with now has a child modelling division where you and your child can model together. My booker there asked me if it was something I wanted to do, and I was like, ‘Yes, of course!’ I will incorporate my son into my career.”
She also revealed that her baby may be named after his father: “My number one name is Eric, my husband’s name. I am almost 99% sure that he is going to be a Junior. I also really love the name Eli, but my husband doesn’t really like it. It looks like Eric is most likely going to be the name.”
Preston named one of her current fashion label favourites as ZARA but made readers envious by stating: “I don’t really need to wear maternity clothes because I am so small. Instead, I just buy clothes in bigger sizes. Before I was pregnant, I was like a size 0 or 1. Now I am a size 5 and I am like, ‘Yay, go me!'”
