Internationally acclaimed model Sasha Pivovarova only just posted a photo of her heavily pregnant self on Twitter last week, along with the caption: “I’m really happy to share my growing belly with my #vovarovaholic :) Have a nice day ahead, TGIF!” And now, just a couple of days later, the Moscow-born stunner has joined the league of model mothers having just given birth to a baby girl, and on US Mother’s Day, of all days!

On Monday, the artist turned model once again took to Twitter to share her and her husband Igor Vishnyakov’s happy news, saying: “It’s a beautiful baby girl #vovarovaholic :’) ♥” shortly followed by: “Today is my first day celebrating mother’s day as a mommy! Happy mother’s day to all mothers around the world :) Love, Sasha.”

Talent Management wishes the couple the best of luck and is curious to see whether Sasha will follow in the footsteps of fellow model mothers Natalia Vodianova, Miranda Kerr and Gisele Bündchen, who all made a swift return to modelling after giving birth.
