Going some way to explain that peachy skin and healthy glow, it’s clear that Kerr hasn’t forgotten what she learnt.
In fact, judging by a recent interview with Modelinia, Kerr still pays very close attention to her health and diet. Here are the Australian model’s top diet tips:
DRINK WATER
“It’s really important to drink a lot of water. I drink from 1.5 to 2 litres of water a day.”
RAW JUICING
“I think it’s important to drink raw juices. Raw juicing is really great to get all your vitamins and minerals.”
GO ORGANIC
“Try to eat as much raw fresh organic produce as possible. I live not far from Union Square, so I’m always there at the market. They have a lot of organic products and I also like to go to Whole Foods. I go to this lady who sells really great goat’s milk yogurt.”
We think these nutrition tips are great and offer many health benefits. Just remember to also eat plenty of whole fruit and veg in addition to juices, as the juicing process can take out a lot of essential fibre.
