While many of us imagine models to be slim teens and twenty year olds Talent Management knows that this stereotype is far from an accurate representation of the range of people who may gain work in a modelling enviroment. Models who work in high fashion will often be limited by aspects such as age or height, but in the many other areas of modelling based work this rule simply doesn’t apply.
When you consider that almost every image you see in advertising and every face you spot on TV is a model, actor or ‘extra’ it becomes clear that almost anyone has the potential to gain work in the industry. Talent Management demonstrates this well with the range of models who are offered work through their efforts. This month those who have gained employment through the agency range from just 18 months to 51 years old, and this diversity in assignment requirements is not unusual for Talent Management .
Elsie Rasberry from Norwich had her first taste of modelling when she was selected to pose for pictures advertising sun blinds for push chairs earlier in the month. She had a great time and her mum must feel very proud. Talent Management think she looks adorable in the resulting images.
Fifty one year old Denise Hitchin from Liverpool also did a great job for Talent Management when they connected her with a mobility company client and she had images taken to promote their products.
Modelling jobs like these are being gained by ‘real’ models every day and can become a reality for men, women and children of any age, size or ethnicity.
