Talent Management’s Top 3 Concealers
Dark circles? Blemishes? Discolourations? Believe it or not, these are all common problems encountered by the models here at Talent Management.
So how do they manage to look so perfectly flawless when they turn up to a casting? They’ve read Talent Management’s top concealer recommendations of course!
If you too want to be in the know, then read on…
1. Double Wear Stay-in-Place Concealer by Estee Lauder, £18.50
Our all time favourite concealer not only has incredible 15-hour staying power, but is also SPF 10 – great for protecting the delicate wrinkle-prone under eye area. It creates a flawless look by concealing and correcting the look of under-eye circles, dark spots and discolourations. It’s also transfer-resistant, has a colour-true formula and provides fantastic coverage that won’t slip, slide or melt away. We recommend using this concealer with Double Wear foundation for the ultimate in full coverage.
2. All About Eyes Concealer by Clinique, £16.00
Next on our list, which happens to be the cheapest, is well worth the money. One tube of this liquid miracle formula will last an exceptionally long time, simply because you only need a tiny bit to disguise, de-circle and de-puff. What’s more, its oil-free, long-wearing, moisturising formula won’t crease or settle into fine lines. And as with all Clinique products, it’s 100% fragrance free and allergy tested, so is suitable for all skin types.
3. Boi-ing Industrial-Strength Concealer by Benefit, £16.50
The models at Talent Management swear by this “industrial-strength” concealer to hide those unruly blemishes and blotchy skin. It truly does live up to its claim of camouflaging discoloration for a seamless, natural-looking finish without creasing or fading. As Benefit put it, you name it, boi-ing helps hide it! Although this one is only available in three shades, one of those promises to suit every skin tone.
Whichever one you chose, remember these three concealer tips from the Talent Management girls:
1. For dark circles choose a shade that either matches your foundation or is one shade lighter, but for puffy eyes, go one shade darker.
2. Wear your concealer on top of your foundation and always set with powder for an even longer lasting look.
3. Apply your concealer with a brush for a more precise and even application.
